Meet With Our Designer
Although it’s not a required service, we strongly recommend having a professional design your outdoor living space. We partner with TREES BY DESIGN to provide a streamlined process from conception to implementation. Design packages start at $1850, however, we offer a 50% rebate on all standard design fees to anyone that selects us for the install work (additional terms may apply). Having a scaled design with detailed specs, labels, and measurements allows us to be much more efficient and accurate during the building phase.

Preconstruction Planning
Once your design is done we can provide you with a very accurate quote and make any adjustments as needed. When you’re ready to move forward with a signed work agreement, we’ll collect a deposit to be added to our schedule. Prior to any work starting, we will do a walk through and final review of your project so everyone is on the same page.

Implementation
During the course of construction, we will periodically update you on all progress and provide you with expectations for next steps until the job is complete!

From the start, Jason was very professional, quick to provide a quote (with a detailed description of each part of the job), and able to make adjustments as we changed our minds about the project throughout the process. Our project involved setting up irrigation, laying sod, laying pavers, and pouring a concrete pad and driveway extension. I really appreciated that he was able to set up my garden drip zone and planter beds so that they're ready to go when I put in plants later on. He was clear in his communication and very prompt to resolve any issues and concerns. He provided helpful recommendations and patiently answered many, many questions. They finished the job in a couple weeks, and were flexible with scheduling around fencing, pouring concrete, and weather-related issues. I'm very satisfied with their work and would work with him again.

Michelle LucheseApril 5, 2022I loved working with Jason, Nico and the guys. They were professional, communicative, and always checked in with me to make sure everything was done the way I needed. They were super booked up and I was lucky to get an open window! It gets very windy in my backyard so I needed a lot of extra garden soil, weed barrier and lava rock as well as garden beds (which they had handmade and they are beautiful!). They also cleaned up all the spring weeds, checked the sprinklers, and generally made the place look great! I’ve found it very hard to find a good landscaping company that genuinely cares about the work they do, and these guys absolutely take pride in their work. Big fan!

About Newlife Landscaping
Jason Kitchen, owner of Newlife Landscaping, has spent most of his life working in the landscape world. His early work experience included lawn care, golf course maintenance, garden and nursery, pool operations, and masonry. In college Jason studied Business and Professional Sales. After several years working as a business manager for a tech company, an unexpected opportunity came to follow a dream and start a business of his own. Reviving old work habits and having a passion to transform outdoor living spaces led to the birth of Newlife Landscaping. Because we understand the biggest industry frustrations, we take pride in our ability to respond in a timely manner, communicate thoroughly, and provide value without sacrificing quality. We possess the right knowledge, work ethic, and equipment to get the job done right.
